2010 YUKON DENALI HYBRID. WE HAVE OWNED MANY GMC VEHICLES AND WERE VERY CONFIDENT IN OUR PURCHASE OF THIS VEHICLE, NOT ONLY IN THE RELIABILITY OF THE VEHICLE, BUT IT'S SAFETY FOR MY FAMILY AS WELL. I CAN CONFIDENTLY SAY AFTER OWNING THIS VEHICLE FOR MORE THAN 7 YEARS, I WAS WRONG. GMC HAS FAILED ITS CUSTOMERS WITH KNOWN ISSUES THAT CAUSE CONCERN FOR THEIR SAFETY AND WELL-BEING. AFTER TWO YEARS OF OWNING OUR YUKON, THE DASH COMPLETELY CRACKED OUT AND GMC BLAMED ME FOR USING A WELL-KNOWN CLEANING PRODUCT TO CLEAN THE DASH, WHICH I NEVER USED. AFTER MUCH BACK AND FORTH, WE WERE ABLE TO COME TO AN AGREEMENT TO GET IT REPLACED, NOW AFTER ONLY 85,000 MILES THE ENGINE IS SHOT. THE VEHICLE HAS A COLLAPSED LIFTER, WHICH IS A WELL-KNOWN ISSUE, JUST LOOK UP AFM FAILURE ON GOOGLE AND YOU GET FORUM AFTER FORUM OF THE SAME ISSUE. MOST LIKELY THE CAMSHAFT WAS ALSO DAMAGED AND THE MOTOR WILL ESSENTIALLY NEED TO BE REBUILT. THE COST IS $6,000 FROM OUR LOCAL GMC DEALERSHIP AND GMC OFFER NOTHING TO US EX

DASHBOARD CRACKED ON BOTH SIDES. THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE. DASHBOARD RATTLES AND CRACKING WORSE. AND DON'T WANT THEM TO BE A FURTHER SAFETY CONCERN IF ACCIDENT WERE TO OCCUR OR CAUSE AN ISSUE BY THE NEARBY AIRBAG BY HARMING THEM. NEEDS TO BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY
