WHILE DRIVING AND WITHOUT WARNING FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR CAUGHT ON FIRE, CAUSING CONSUMER TO PULL OVER. DEALER NOTIFIED. PH....*AK
2-DOOR TAHOES AND YUKONS ARE PARTICULARLY SUSCEPTIBLE TO ROLL-OVER, FOR LACK OF A REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR FROM THE MANUFACTURER. OUR 1995 YUKON ROLLED AT LESS THAN 35MPH AND WAS TOTALED. WE INSTALLED A REAR ANTI-SWAY BAR ON OUR REPLACEMENT 1995 TAHOE AND IT IS NOW MUCH SAFER. FORTUNATELY NO ONE WAS HURT BUT THE REAR SWAY BAR SHOULD HAVE BEEN STANDARD EQUIPMENT ON ALL 2-DOOR TAHOES AND YUKONS.
