THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED WHEN HE NOTICED THAT THE SIDEWALL WAS PEELING FROM THREE OF THE FOUR TIRES. THE REAR DRIVER'S TIRE WAS NOT EXPERIENCING THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO HAVE THE FAILURE DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
