I HAVE BEEN THE SOLE OWNER OF THIS WELL MAINTAINED VEHICLE SINCE IT WAS PURCHASED NEW. I NOTICED GASOLINE LEAKAGE FROM THE GAS TANK ONTO MY GARAGE FLOOR. WHEN REPAIRED BY A GMC DEALERSHIP, I WAS TOLD THAT THE GAS TANK HAD RUSTED THROUGH ON THE TOP SURFACE CAUSING THE LEAK AND REQUIRING REPLACEMENT OF THE GAS TANK. THIS PROBLEM PRESENTED A VERY SERIOUS RISK OF FIRE AND OTHER OWNERS OF THIS VEHICLE MAY BE UNKNOWINGLY AT RISK.*AK
