TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 GMC SIERRA 2500 HD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY JERKED TO THE LEFT THEN SPUN AROUND 180 DEGREES BEFORE CRASHING INTO A MEDIAN. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED A DISLOCATED HIP. THE VEHICLE WAS PERSONALLY INSPECTED BY THE CONTACT, WHO DETERMINED THAT THE DRIVER'S SIDE FRONT TIE ROD HAD FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED.
