TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 GMC SAVANA. WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY FOR MORE THAN THREE HOURS, THE AIR CONDITIONER SYSTEM FAILED TO DRAIN OUT AND CAUSED THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE TO FILL UP WITH WATER. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, BUT THE FAILURE WAS UNABLE TO BE DUPLICATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
