DT: THE CONSUMER OWNS A 2000 GMC PICKUP. WHEN DRIVING SLOW, THE ANTI LOCK BRAKES WOULD PULSE AS IF IT WERE BEING DRIVEN ON SNOW. THE BRAKING DISTANCE WAS NOT CORRECT. EVENTUALLY THE VEHICLE STOPPED. THE CONSUMER WAS AFRAID THAT ONE DAY THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT STOP, AND WOULD VEER ONTO THE HIGHWAY. SUCH INCIDENTS HAPPENED AT LEAST 15 TIMES AND NOW IT WAS HAPPENING MORE FREQUENTLY. *AK (11/17/05) THIS PROBLEM WOULD ALSO OCCUR ON DRY PAVEMENT. INSTEAD OF STOPPING THE VEHICLE WOULD EXTEND FURTHER IN DISTANCE. *SC

THE ABS SYSTEM IS VERY DANGOUS ON THIS VEHICLE AND THE LEFT SIDE FRONT HUB ASSEMBLY WENT OUT, AND MY TIRE WOULD HAVE FELL OFF IF MY BOSS HADN'T CHECKED IT FOR ME.*AK
