THE WIND HIELD WIPERS FAIL TO WORK 99% OF THE TIME DUE TO A WIRING PROBLEM (IT APPEARS). YOU CAN GET UNDER THE HOOD AND TOUCH THE WIPER MOTOR AND WIRING A NUMBER OF PLACES AND THEY WILL WORK. SOMETIMES JUST TOUCHING THE WIRING JACK WILL DO THE SAME, YET WHEN YOU TURN LOOSE THEY WILL STOP. WHEN THEY DO WORK YOU MUST HAVE THEM ON HIGH, THEN A LOT OF THE TIME THEY WORK AS IF THEY ARE ON DELAY, OR THEY WILL NOT WORK AT ALL.
