THE WIND HIELD WIPERS FAIL TO WORK 99% OF THE TIME DUE TO A WIRING PROBLEM (IT APPEARS). YOU CAN GET UNDER THE HOOD AND TOUCH THE WIPER MOTOR AND WIRING A NUMBER OF PLACES AND THEY WILL WORK. SOMETIMES JUST TOUCHING THE WIRING JACK WILL DO THE SAME, YET WHEN YOU TURN LOOSE THEY WILL STOP. WHEN THEY DO WORK YOU MUST HAVE THEM ON HIGH, THEN A LOT OF THE TIME THEY WORK AS IF THEY ARE ON DELAY, OR THEY WILL NOT WORK AT ALL. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM, AND LET ME KNOW WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO CORRECT THIS. IT IS A SAFTY HAZARD NOT HAVING WIPERS WHEN IT'S RAINING/WHEN SOMEONE PASSES YOU AND HIT'S A WATER PUDDLE, AND IT SPLASHES ON YOUR WINDSHILED AND THEY WILL NOT WORK TO CLEAN IT OFF. *AK
