MY 1991 GMC SIERRA HAS DEFECTIVE SEAT BELTS. THE SEAT BELT DOES NOT CLICK AND HOLD ON BOTH THE PASSENGER SIDE AND DRIVER SIDE. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THE MANUFACTURER IS STILL LIABLE FOR A DEFECT SUCH AS THAT. *JB
