TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1993 GMC RALLY/VANDURA G2500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 15 MPH, HE NOTICED SMOKE COMING FROM THE VENTS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE CONTACT'S HOME AND PARKED. MINUTES LATER, THE VEHICLE EXPLODED IN FLAMES. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WAS CALLED AND ISSUED AN INVESTIGATION REPORT STATING THAT THE CAUSE OF THE FIRE WAS AN ELECTRICAL FAILURE.
