CONSUMER HAS SIX 1997 B7 WITH 20000 MILES OR LESS AND THEY ARE ALL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE DESIGN OF THE SEAL FOR THE EXHAUST BETWEEN THE MANIFOLD AND THE PIPES. THE DESIGN WAS CHANGED FROM CONSTANT TENSION TO A SOLID COLLAR WHICH IS CAUSING THE EXHAUST TO LEAK. *JG THE CONSUMER PURCHASED TWO 2001 G30 CHEVROLET MINI BUSES WITH 5.7 LITER ENGINES ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY HAVE THE SAME DEFECT AT ONLY 4000 MILES.
