I HAVE ASKED THE DEALER OF ANY KNOW RECALLS AND COMPLAINTS BUT HAVE NOT HAD ANY LUCK. THE REAR STRUT FAILURE CAUSES THE CAR TO BECOME UNCONTROLLABLE AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS AND FISHTAILS EXTREMELY BAD.*AK

WHILE DRIVING ON ICY ROAD HIT A PATCH OF ICE & LOST CONTROL OF VEHICLE. HAD HIT A TELEPHONE POLE. UPON IMPACT, THE DRIVER'S AIR BAG FAILED TO DEPLOY. DRIVER HAD SEAT BELT ON AT THE TIME. VEHICLE AT THE BODY SHOP. *AK
WHILE DRIVING VEHICLE AT 35 TO 40 MPH VEHICLE STARTED TO LOSE POWER. ALSO, FLAMES WERE COMING FROM UNDER VEHICLE AND ENGINE COMPARTMENT. INSURANCE COMPANY NOTED CAUSE OF FIRE WAS DUE TO A WIRING HARNESS WHICH CONNECTS TO BATTERY AND ALTERNATOR. *AK
THE RIGHT REAR STRUT SEPARATED FROM THE STRUT MOUNT, CAUSING THE RIGHT WHEEL TO COLLASPE. THE DRIVER LOSTED CONTROL OF VEHICLE. VEHICLE FLIPPED OVER AND DRIVER WAS EJECTED AND KILLED IMMEDIATELY.
OWNER WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT DUE TO THE LEFT REAR AXLE BREAKING WHICH RESULTED IN THE WHEEL SNAPPING OFF WHILE DRIVING AT 55 TO 60 MPH. VEHICLE WAS A TOTAL LOSS. *AK
AIRBAG POPPED OUT WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING UNDER NORMAL DRIVING CONDITIONS, NO IMPACT. DRIVER SUSTAINED INJURY. *AK
