The lane departure warnings on this car are so frequent, sensitive, loud and intrusive that it becomes necessary to turn them off therefore negating the safety provided by such warnings. Iâd much prefer to use the features but must turn them off. Frequency of warnings is not affected by seating position, head position, etc. Warnings occur inappropiately. Eyes correctly on the road and in proper driving position and the warnings still occur.
