Horn fails to work when the truck is cold. After the steering wheel has been moved during operation, the horn eventually begins to work. I had a vehicle drift into my lane on the highway, and when I went to use the horn, it failed to work. Fortunately, I was able to swerve to avoid the other vehicle hitting the front of my cab.
