THE LOCAL DEALER, BOB MOORE FORD 8948 S I-35 SERVICE ROAD, OKLAHOMA CITY, OK, 73149 WAS CONTACTED AND CONFIRMED THAT THE PARTS WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL EARLY 2018. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND CONFIRMED THAT THE PARTS WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL 2018. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.
