MY 2010 FORD TAURUS SHO DEVELOPED A DANGEROUS PROBLEM WITH LOSS OF POWER STEERING. THE STEERING INTERMITTENTLY GOES INTO MANUAL MODE WITH NO POWER STEERING WHEN THERE IS A POWER STEERING FAULT. THE FAULT HAPPENS WHILE STATIONARY AND WHILE IN MOTION. TURNING IS SEVERELY LIMITED AND CREATES A DANGEROUS CONDITION WHERE TURNING TO AVOID AN ACCIDENT WOULD BE VERY DIFFICULT.
