The frame on my ranger is so rust the spare tire came out from under the truck . Iâve tried to find a used one but no one has them because this is a problem Iâve come to find out with everyoneâs. THE CALLS ARE NEVER RETURNED AND NO ALTERNATIVE IS OFFERED WHEN HE EXPLAINS THIS TO THE PERSON AT THE RECALL 800 NUMBER

SHE TOLD ME SHE WOULD HAVE A SUPERVISOR CALL ME WITHIN 24 HOURS. THAT WAS WEEKS AGO AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL AND I AM STILL GETTING THESE RECALL NOTICES. PLEASE ADDRESS THE PROBLEM.

I RECEIVED ANOTHER NOTICE MONTHS AGO AND CALLED THE DEALERSHIP. I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. I THOUGHT THE FIRST RECALL WAS FOR THE DRIVER AIS BAG ON MY VEHICLE, THEN CAME THE PASSENGER AIRBAG.
