20150421EXTERIOR LIGHTING

ON THE POLICE INTERCEPTOR SUV EXPLORER, ALL DRIVER'S LIGHTS SHUTTERS DO NOT WORK PROPERLY. HIGH BEAM STAYS ON DRIVERS SIDE AND DOES NOT GO BACK TO REGULAR BEAM. THIS PROBLEM IS ON THE RED LAKE FLEET OF 6 SUV'S POLICE VEHICLES. I ALSO CONTACTED BELTRAMI SHERIFF DEPARTMENT AND THEY ALSO ADVISED THEY HAVE THE SAME ISSUES WITH THE SHUTTERS ON THEIR FORD POLICE INTERCEPTOR VEHICLES TOO. SAFETY ISSUE AT NIGHT WHEN APPROACHING ON-COMING TRAFFIC. I WAS ALSO TOLD THEY CANNOT ADJUST BEAMS ALIGNMENT UNTIL SHUTTERS ARE REPAIRED/REPLACED. ALL 6 VEHICLES HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. WE ASKED FORD DEALERSHIP AND IT WAS NOT UNDER WARRANTY EVEN THOUGH THE MILES WERE UNDER AS WE WERE TOLD WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE LIGHTS. WE WERE TOLD THAT EACH SHUTTER/LIGHT WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED AT A COST OF $700.00 EACH. THIS PROBLEM WAS AN ISSUE FROM DAY ONE.
