The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, another driver failed to yield while entering the roadway, abruptly cutting in front of the contact's vehicle. Was going 25mph on a straight dry road, 2 traction control lights popped up and an alert saying Advancetrac is off, which is a feature you have to be in park with your foot on the brake and hold the traction control button for 8 seconds to turn off, when the light turned on the car downshift and turned sideways causing me to go into a barrier, steering wheel airbag and passenger airbag both only broke out of the trim and did not inflate fully.

My 2013 Ford Mustang had some problems with down shifting, and my daughter took it several times to the dealer, they said it is probably the throttle body, so I replaced it, and thought that everything was fine. So on September last year my daughter was in an accident due to the car downshifting to first gear, the tires locked up and she swirled to some freeway wire retainers. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE WHEELS LOCKED UP AND THE VEHICLE HYDROPLANED AS THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. MOST RECENTLY, THE SPEEDOMETER DECREASED TO ZERO, THE VEHICLE DOWNSHIFTED AND LOST ELECTRICAL DATA SUCH AS THE MILEAGE AS THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THERE WERE NO INJURIES REPORTED AND A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A TOW LOT BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY.

I TRY TO PULL THE VEHICLE TO THE RIGHT WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE, I TRY TO APPLY THE BRAKES AND THE PEDAL WENT ALL THE WAY DOWN AND NO BRAKE RESPONSE. I HAD NO CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE, FINALLY THE VEHICLE STOP WHEN TOUCH THE CENTER CONCRETE WALL IN THE CENTER OF THE ROAD. THE VEHICLE HAS SERIOUS DAMAGE ON THE LEFT FRONT CORNER. AT LEAST
