WHILE ROLLING UP OR DOWN WINDOW WRIST WATCH CATCHES ON DOOR HANDLE , DOOR POPS OPEN DRIVER FALLS OUT AND IS RUN OVER BY VEHICLE. RESULTS IS DEATH. RECOMMEND ISSUING BULLETIN TO ALL OWNERS OF LT 9000 TRUCKS TO CHECK WINDOW AND DOOR OPENING MECHANICALS FOR PARTS FAILURE. *JB
