PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAG NEEDS TO BE DISARMED. WE HAVE GOVT PERM. NO ONE WILL HANDLE THE PROBLEM. HELP PLEASE. I MUST CARRY SMALL CHILDREN IN THE FRONT SEAT.
