During some Christmas shopping within the past few weeks, my cars power steering went out completely with no warning or sounds to repair or seek assistance. Not only was my life in danger, but the safety of others in the vehicles surrounding me. I couldn't even turn my wheel if I tried. There have been other instances in other cars where I could strong arm the wheel and be ok, but there was absolutely nothing I could do about turning the wheel whatsoever! I was traveling on a Highway on my way home and as I was turning in a curve at around 40 mph all of a sudden a message came up on my dash that steering assist fault which I didnât know at the time I was to busy trying not to wreck my steering wheel locked In place coming out of the curve which put me in to the other lane of travel and eventually into a ditch and and thank god not into another vehicle, if there is not some kind of safety recall or major issue that should be a recall the governo

It was a fateful day on June 16th, 2020 when our lives took an unexpected turn. Engaged in a peaceful drive, cruising at a steady 60mph with the assistance of the trusty cruise control, we were abruptly jolted towards the left, instantly relinquishing any grasp of control we had over our vehicle causing us to loose control and wreck our car in a corn field. Reason for mechanical failure unknown

PCM failed dealership didn't replace the recall but cleared it
The vehicle was being towed by a Class A RV using a manufacturer approved towing system. All connections and safety measures were properly installed and tested just prior to incident. Vehicle has been towed using the same equipment for several years with no incident. The failure caused the vehicle to rear-end another vehicle. The contact sustained back injuries and scratches from the seat belt; however, medical attention was not yet received. My car was sitting ,in the driveway of my,home it was t-boned after which it spun around 90 degrees,it was damaged severely.The air bags did not deploy,I think they should've deployed. The car went to the shop and it has not been properly repaired,the body is structurally distorted ,and some of the mechanisms related to suspension and the trailing axle aren't properly installed or repaired.
Was in frontal/near frontal collision at 20-25mph. No airbags deployed.
No warning lights intermittent brake loss called Ford told them what was going on and immediately told me hydraulic control unit the valves may stick open for short period of times then return to normal.but would have to take a look. had brakes replaced and bled ford has had this exact issue with other ford models having the hydraulic control unit a recall was issued for the others. But not all of their cars it lead to a crash by not being able to get stopped doing 40mph in a 40 mph zone issue

MY TWO SONS WERE TURNING LEFT WHEN THEY WERE T-BONED BY ANOTHER VEHICLE. MY SONS VEHICLE WAS STRUCK IN THE RIGHT REAR. THE SIDE AIR BAGS WENT OFF BUT NOT THE TWO FRONTS. I FEW DAY AFTER GETTING THIS CAR I FELT A HESATATS GOING IN TO 2 GEAR SHORTLY LATER I TOOK IT HAD IT DIAGNOSED BUT THEY SAID IT WOULD BE ABOUT $70 UNLESS IT WAS A RECALL ON IT SO THEY DID THE SAID THE TCM WAS OUT AND IT HAS A RECALL ON IT BUT ALSO I NEED A CLUTCH AND THAT WAS $4000.
