WHEN MY 08 F-250 DIESEL IS DRIVEN IN THE RAIN ON THE HIGHWAY AT A CONSTANT SPEED, THEN ACCELERATE TO PASS OR GO UP A GRADE IT HAS A HESITATION AND WHITE SMOKE OR STEAM. FORD REPLACED THE CAC WITH A NEW ONE THIS DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH FORD THEY HOW EVER HAVE NO ANSWERS AS OF 15/FEB/2011 I FILED THE COMPLAINT BACK IN SEPTEMBER OF 2010. *TR
