IT APPEARS DUE TO THE DESIGN AND SPACING OF THE PEDALS THAT IT IS POSSIBLE TO GET YOUR FOOT STUCK UNDER THE BRAKE PEDAL AS YOU PIVOT FROM THE ACCELERATOR TO THE BRAKE PEDAL.
