EMERENCY PARKING BRAKE REPAIRED; EMERGENCY PARKING BRAKE WOULD UNLATCH AT VARIOUS TIMES W/O WARNING, AFTER EMERGENCY BRAKE WAS SET, WENT TO MAILBOX, HEARD IT UNCLICK, TRIED TO STOP IT FROM ROLLING BACK INTO STREET, VEHICLE RAN OVER DRIVERS FOOT AND ANKLE, DEALER SAID "DID ALL THEY CAN DO" AND MANUFACTURER SAID "NOT THEIR PROBLEM." *AK *JB
