The contact owns a 2024 Ford Escape. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked and turned off, the "Battery Saver Mode" message was displayed. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, where it was determined that the battery was not fully charged. The vehicle was charged, but the failure reoccurred a week later and had reoccurred approximately eight times. Additionally, the contact stated that the battery was replaced twice, and the software was updated approximately three times, but the failure persisted. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 2,300.

About 2 weeks ago our 2024 Escape had a back-up camera freeze event just like was happening on our 2023 Ford Maverick. The Maverick had a recall for the problem but as of now no recall yet listed for the Escape having the same issue.
Wireless Apple Carplay KEEPS disconnecting! All the time, phone calls drop all the time and sometimes the system refuses to connect to my phone. All updates are up to date and I always see Wireless Apple Carplay improvements... nothing AT all has happened. Please fix if possible!
Sudden Catastrophic engine failure in less than 6 months, brand new. Winter weather driving, onset of engine sounds then louder With grinding noises, loss of power and cessation. Of function. I was stranded In the mountains with little to no phone function..had to arrange tow 1 hour away to nearest Ford dealership. Poor customer service just before the holiday. Stranded with no loaner available and no rentals available. Unknown cause, unknown if reproduced Dealer evaluated but did not providedocumentation Needs new motor in less than 6 momths???!!
