Sunroof cover has detached. When uncovering sunroof, panel droops and blocks rear window. This happened while driving and can pose a serious safety hazard. I have been trying to get Lithia Ford of Roseburg, OR to fix it for 10 months and they will not. The door hinge makes a loud popping noise and I am afraid it will come off soon.
