TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 GULF STREAM B TOURING CRUISER RV THAT WAS BUILT ON A 2019 FORD E-450 CHASSIS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER THE RV WAS PARKED, THE CHASSIS BATTERY LOST CHARGE. THE RV WAS TAKEN TO BROWNS RV SUPERSTORE (LOCATED AT 30049 SC-151, MCBEE, SC 29101, (843) 335-8829) TO BE DIAGNOSED AND THE CONTACT WAS REFERRED TO A LOCAL FORD DEALER. THE UNKNOWN DEALER INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THERE WAS AN ELECTRICAL SHORTAGE IN THE RADIO THAT CAUSED THE BATTERY TO CONTINUOUSLY DRAIN. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE RADIO WOULD BE REPAIRED INSTEAD OF REPLACED. THE RADIO CONTROL UNIT PROVIDED ACCESS TO SEVERAL SAFETY FEATURES IN THE RV. THE BATTERY WAS REPLACED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 966. *BF CONSUMER STATED BROWN'S RV REPLACED RADIO AND PROBLEM STILL EXIST! CONSUMER STATED WE JUST USED IT AFTER RADIO WAS REPLACED FOR FIRST TIME AND FOUND OTHER ISSUES WITH GENERATOR AND INTERIOR CONTROL
