THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN IT CAME OFF HE LOST POWER . THE CONTACT STATED THAT VEHICLE PULLED A 5TH WHEEL TRAILER, AND THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT NEITHER THE WEATHER NOR THE ROAD CONDITIONS WERE A FACTOR. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT HE WAS DRIVING 50 MPH.
