I FILED THE CLAIM BECAUSE I HAD MY WARRANTY TIRE EXPLODED ON MY CARGO VAN RESULTING IN ABOUT $5000. IN DAMAGES. MICHELIN REPRESENTATIVE RITCH TOWNSEND SAYS THAT I AT SOME POINT I HIT SOMETHING SPLITTING THE INNER LINER THAT OVER TIME CAUSED THE TREAD DETACHMENT. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN! I AM THE ONLY PERSON THAT HAS DROVE THIS VAN WITH JUST 33,000. MILES. AREA ATTORNEY'S WITH DEFECTIVE TIRE LITIGATION EXPERIENCE ARE PERSONAL "INJURY ATTORNEY'S". NO INJURY; NO INTEREST!
