The hardtop developed cracks early on during the life of the vehicle. It leaks water. It’s a known issue with Bronco owners with the factory hardtop. Some people have had it replaced more than 3 times due to the same thing continuing to happen.

When braking(going down hill) the Bronco comes to a complete stop and the brakes feel good. But a split second after the full stop, the truck starts to creep forward for about a foot and then you hear a "click noise" and the truck abruptly stops. I believe my vehicle has suffered a cracked/fractured or broken intake valve on cylinder number 4. There is very low compression in that cylinder. I checked it and it only managed to produce 25psi. I inspected the cylinder with a borescope camera and there is no damage or excessive wear to the piston or cylinder bore. They both look pristine with no signs of anything. I could not see either the intake or exhaust valves on my camera. They are the only pieces of the engine I could not inspect that

I took my 2022 Ford bronco Badlands sasquatch in for recall 25s01 rear shock absorber external reservoir corrosion on 01/15/2026 was notified the next day it was fix when I arrived it was not fix they said parts where on backorder and that Ford has placed the recall campaign on hold.
