SEAT BELT DANGERS TO OBESE PASSENGERS. SEAT BELT COMES ACROSS NECK, NOT CHEST. SUDDEN BRAKING PUTS STRAIN ON NECK. THIS RISK WAS PARKED IN AN ENCLOSED GARAGE FOR APPROX. TWOO HOURS BEFORE CATCHING FIRE DOING DAMAGE TO THIS PLUS ANOTHER VEHICLE PLUS SMOKE AND HEAT DAMAGE THROUGHOUT THE STRUCTURE.
