CONSUMER STATES THAT AFTER THE INVESTIGATION IT WAS VERIFIED THAT THE FIRE WAS CAUSED BY A RUPTURE OF THE HIGH PRESSURE FUEL LINE. *KB THE CONSUMER STATED THE DRIVER SUSTAINED BURN INJURIES TO THE HEAD, SHOULDER, BACK, AND NECK. THE RECALL HAD BEEN PERFORMED TO PREVENT THE PROBLEM A POSSIBLE FIRE FROM OCCURRING, HOWEVER DESPITE THE RECALL FIX, THE VEHICLE STILL CAUGHT ON FIRE. *TR
