I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR THE RECALL. OVER THE YEARS THE SEAT BELT HARNESS HAS NEVER WORKED PROPERLY, OFTEN STOPPING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AUTOMATIC MOVEMENT OR HAVIGN A SLIPPING ACTION WHILE IN THE BELT WHEN STOPPING. THE SEAT BELT HARNESS RECENTLY STOPPED WORKING COMPLETLY.TTHE SEAT BELT HARNESS WAS CONSIDERED TO BE A SAFETY PROBEM NOTED AT MY RECENT RE-INSPECTION OF THE VEHICLE. I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP WHERE I ORIGINALLY PURCHASED THE VEHICLE TO INQUIRE ABOUT REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT OF THE RECALLED SEATBELT HARNESS. THEN IN MAY 2001, I HAD TO GET THE MAIN SEAL VALVE FIXED. LATE JULY 2001, THE OIL LIGHT COMES ON AGAIN. NOW APPARENTLY THE OIL IS BURNING INSIDE THE ENGINE. IF THIS RECALL HAD BEEN DONE ON MY CAR, COULD THIS HAVE BEEN PREVENTED? CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK FOR THE MONEY THAT I HAVE SPENT, IF IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE AS PART OF THE RECALL?
