WE'VE PULLED THE DEFECTIVE GUIDE RAIL OUT OF THE VEHICLE AND THE CABLE DID DROP OUT OF THE CHAMBER RESULTING IN THE SHOULDER BELT ANCHORAGE BECOMING STUCK. I AM VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THE WAY IN WHICH CHRYSLER HAS HANDLED MY COMPLAINTS AS I FEEL THIS IS NOT A MINOR MECHANICAL DEFECT BUT A MAJOR SAFETY DEFECT IN THE VEHICLE.
