W 17, 2018 MY HUSBAND STOPPED ON THE SHOULDER OF A TWO LANE ROAD AND BELIEVES HE PUT THE TRUCK IN PARK; THE ENGINE WAS STILL RUNNING. HE REMOVED HIS FOOT FROM THE BRAKE, UNBUCKLED HIS SEAT BELT, OPENED THE DOOR AND STEPPED ONTO THE GROUND. AT THAT POINT THE TRUCK BEGAN TO ROLL FORWARD. HE RAN TO TRY TO CATCH IT AND FELL. THE LEFT REAR DUAL RAN OVER HIS LEFT FOOT, RIGHT ANKLE, AND UP THE BACK OF THE RIGHT LEG AS FAR AS THE HIP. THE TRUCK WAS PARKED ON LEVEL GROUND BUT ROLLED SLIGHTLY TO T

ON JULY 21, 2015 WHILE DRIVING ON I-40 NEAR NEWPORT TN. THERE WAS A LOUD NOISE THAT CAME FROM MY 2011 DODGE RAM 3500 TRUCK. AFTER THE LOUD NOISE THE TRANSMISSION WAS UNRESPONSIVE AND THERE WERE NO BRAKES AT ALL. MY FRIEND, WHO WAS DRIVING AND HAS CDL, GENTLY PRESSED THE EMERGENCY BRAKE AND SAFELY PULLED OFF TO THE SIDE OF I-40. ONCE THE TRUCK CAME TO A STOP A FIRE ERUPTED FROM UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE.
