TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1990 DODGE DYNASTY. WHILE THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING BETWEEN 35-40 MPH, THE TRANSMISSION WOULD REMAIN IN SECOND GEAR UNTIL THE ENGINE WAS TURNED OFF. THE ENGINE RESTARTED AND RESUMED NORMALLY. IN ADDITION, WHEN ACCELERATING FROM A COMPLETE STOP THE TRANSMISSION EXHIBITED A JERKING MOTION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A TRANSMISSION SHOP FOR DIAGNOSIS.
