I HAVE 2 COMPLAINTS. ONE IS THAT THE DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW DOESN'T ALWAYS WORK. IT WORKS SOMETIMES AND OTHER TIMES DOES NOT. IT'S AS IF THERE MIGHT BE A LOOSE CONNECTION OR SOMETHING. THE SECOND IS THAT THERE IS A CONSTANT TICKING NOISE IN THE ENGINE. THERE IS NO SIGN OF OIL LEAK. I CHECK IT REGULARLY. MY THOUGHT IS PERHAPS A VALVE OR A BELT. BUT I'M NOT SURE. THE VEHICLE STILL DRIVES. IT HAS NOT BROKEN DOWN.

THE DRIVER SIDE WINDOW FELL INTO THE DOOR WHEN THE BUTTON WAS PUSHED TO RAISE THE WINDOW. MOTOR AND REGULATOR STOPPED WORKING FOR NO REASON. THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY AT THE TIME.
AIRBAG LIGHT GOES ON AND OFF ... TOOK IT FOR DIAGNOSTIC TEST AND WAS TOLD WIRING ISSUE BUT NOT SURE WHICH WIRE

WINDOW REGULATOR ON DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE HAVE BOTH FAILED WITHIN 1 YEAR OF ONE ANOTHER AND THE VEHICLE HAS LESS THAN 65000 MILES. LOOSING WINDOW CONTROL DOES INTERFERE WITH DRIVING IN ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY AND WAS BEING LOWERED AND THEN RAISED NORMALLY USING THE WINDOW CONTROL. THE WINDOW SUDDENLY DROPPED VERY RAPIDLY INTO THE DOOR FRAME.

THE EXTERIOR B-PILLAR ON THE DRIVER'S DOOR FLEW OFF ON THE HIGHWAY MAKING THEM DANGEROUS TO OTHER MOTORISTS AND CONSTRUCTION WORKERS. IT SEEMS THAT THERE ARE MANY COMMENTS ON THE INTERNET ABOUT THIS.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BLACK TRIM ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR AREA, WHICH EXTENDS TO THE REAR DOOR, BLEW OFF WITHOUT WARNING WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION. THE VEHICLE WAS SERVICED BY STRIETER LINCOLN MOTOR COMPANY (520 W KIMBERLY RD, DAVENPORT, IA 52806, (563) 391-1500). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND ADVISED THAT THE PART BE REPLACED. THE VIN AND FAILURE MILEAGE WERE NOT AVAILABLE. *TT
BOUGHT BRAND NEW WITH BAD BRAKES IN 2014 AND WAS NEVER INFORMED BY DEALER UNTIL STATE INSPECTION 2018. LIVES WERE ENDANGER, BECAUSE OF BAD BRAKES VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED ON THE PASSENGER SIDE IN FRONT TO REAR SIDE LIGHT PANEL DUE TO BAD BRAKES THE VEHICLE WAS NOT STATIONARY ON CERTAIN STREETS AND UNSAFE ON WET STREETS.

THE PASSENGER DOORS NO LONGER OPEN WITH THE AUTOMATIC SYSTEM. THE PASSENGER WINDOWS IN THE BACK DO NOT WORK ANY LONGER . THE DOOR LOCKS DO NOT LOCK BY THE REMOTE OR BY THE DOOR BUTTON. I HAVE TO MANUALLY PUSH THEM DOWN. AND OCCASIONALLY THE ALL THE LIGHTS JUST LIGHT UP AND BEGIN FLASHING AND DINGING WHILE DRIVING AND JUST SITTING IN PARK. THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM IS BAD!!!. I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE ONE FUSE IN THE DRIVERS MOTORIZED SEAT. THIS HAS BEEN ON ONGOING PROBLEM SINCE SPRING OF 2017.

I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE NEW AND SO THERE WAS NEVER ANY STICKERS INSIDE/ON/AROUND THE HEADREST. WHEN REMOVING IT FOR CLEANING/PUTTING ON SEAT COVERS, THE AIR BAG LIGHT CAME ON. AFTER TAKING IT TO THE DEALERSHIP, I WAS INFORMED THAT THERE'S A WIRE CONNECTED TO THE HEAD REST AND IT IS SUPPOSED TO TILT FORWARD IN AN ACCIDENT. NOW, THIS WOULD BE A GREAT SAFETY FEATURE TO HAVE, BUT HOW CAN IT BE CONSIDERED IMPORTANT AND YET NOT HAVE ANY SORT OF INFORMATION ABOUT IT...EXCEPT A TINY LINE SOMEWHERE IN THE MANUAL. SERIOUSLY...WHEN'S THE LAST TIME SOMEONE READ A MANUAL? (OK...HONESTLY I DID YEARS AGO WITH MY FIRST CAR, BUT I LIVED IN THE COUNTRY WITH NO CABLE, NO INTERNET...NO AIR CONDITIONING IN NC! I HAD NOTHING ELSE TO DO, BUT THAT'S NOT REALISTIC!). DODGE IS REFUSING TO FIX THIS AS "IT'S LISTED IN THE MANUAL". HOW CAN I HAVE A SAFETY STICKER ON MY VISOR NOT TO USE THE MIRROR WHILE DRIVING, BUT YET NOT HAVE ANYTHING ON SOMETHING THIS IMPORTANT..AND THIS NEW. I'VE NEVER HAD A VEHICLE B

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE CARAVAN. WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH, THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO LANDMARK DODGE OF MORROW, GEORGIA WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE ENGINE WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. IN ADDITION, AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC (JD AUTO OF DECATUR, GA, LOCATED ON 2450 MORROW DRIVE) REPLACED THE STARTER, ALTERNATOR, AND RADIATOR PRIOR TO THE ENGINE FAILURE DIAGNOSIS. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE CARAVAN. WHEN THE KEY WAS INSERTED INTO THE IGNITION, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START AND THE "BAD KEY" WARNING MESSAGE ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER (OURISMAN CHRYSLER, JEEP AND DODGE, CLARKSVILLE, MARYLAND). THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO REPROGRAM THE COMPUTER SYSTEM DUE TO A FAULTY WIND MODULE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE WARRANTY DID NOT COVER THE WIND MODULE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 65,629.

TRIM ON BOTH SLIDING DOORS WERE COMING OFF. THIRD BENCH SEAT WAS FALLING BELOW OTHER SEAT AND WAS NOT EVEN. ALL THESE HAPPENED DURING STATIONARY
