NOISE WAS COMING FROM FRONT END, JACKED VAN UP AND SAW THAT RIGHT FRONT PORTION OF SUB-FRAME IS RUSTING AWAY. I WAS ALSO AT A SALVAGE YARD THIS WEEKEND AND SAW ANOTHER 94 DODGE VAN WITH THE FRAME ALMOST RUSTED COMPLETELY AWAY. *TR

DRIVING ON THE OHIO TURNPIKE AT 65 MPH, THE LEFT REAR TIRES BELT SEPARATED AND SHREDDED DAMAGING THE INNER FENDER AND FUEL INTAKE TUBE. THE TIRE WAS A BRIDGESTONE DUELER APT P235-75R-15. BOTH TIRES ON THE RIGHT SIDE HAD SLITS ALL ALONG BOTH EDGES OF THE TREAD AND LOOKED AS IF THEY WERE NEXT. ALL 4 TIRE WERE REPLACED AT 46K MILES OF A 60K WARRANTY AT MY COST. *JB

CONSUMER STATES THAT THE SENDING UNIT MALFUNCTIONS,UNABLE TO KNOW IF TANK HAS FUEL OR NOT,HAD SENDING UNIT REPLACE SEVERAL TIME, PROBLEM STILL ACCURS. NLM
ENGINE FAILURE WAS THOUGHT TO BE DUE TO THE OIL PUMP. THE VAN WAS AT THE MECHANIC THE DAY BEFORE. THE OLD ENGINE WAS REPLACED ON 3/6/98 WITH THE FOLLOWING LONG BLOCK # R2850242 BY THE PLEASANT VALLEY MOTORS DODGE DEALER IN BRODHEADSVILLE, PA. THIS LATEST ENGINE JUST BROKE DOWN LAST NIGHT AND IS AT THE DODGE DEALER WAITING TO BE LOOKED AT. IF THIS IS A SIMILAR PROBLEM I'D LIKE TO HAVE THE ENGINES INVESTIGATED. *AK
FUEL TANK DEVELOPED CRACKS, RESULTING IN FUEL LEAKAGE. DEALER HAS REPLACED THE FUEL TANK PRIOR TO THIS INCIDENT. PROVIDE FURTHER DETAILS. *AK
FUEL TANK INLET GROMMET LEAKS FUEL UNTIL ABOUT HALF OF THE TANK IS DRAINED. THIS LEAVES A PUDDLE OF FUEL UNDER THE REAR OF THE CAR. LEAK LOCATION IS WITHIN INCHES OF EXHAUST PIPE. THIS IS A MAJOR FIRE HAZARD AND AN ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEM. DEALER ONLY PART. AUTO PARTS STORE CLERK AFTER TALKING TO DEALER PARTS DEPARTMENT SAID THAT THE DEALER EMPLOYEE REPORTED THAT IT IS A FAIRLY COMMON PART THAT IS REQUESTED.
CONNECTING ROD FROM THE DOOR LEVER TO THE LOCKS KEEPS FALLING OFF, MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO OPEN THE SLIDING DOOR. DEALER HAS NOT SEEN VEHICLE. THIS HAS HAPPENED 3 TIMES. *AK
