Vehicle hasn't been inspected, issue is still present. My child was able to move gear shift and change gears causing vehicle to roll down driveway into woods, without key in ignition or foot on brake. I have video evidence of occurrence and video of issue without key or foot on brake
Was rearended by an 18 wheeler doing 55 mph I was stopped waiting for oncoming traffic to pass so I could turn left. He never braked. The van was pushed 200feet before it began to roll into trees. None of the airbags were deployed nor did the seatbelts lock. All 3 people were injured.

I WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT IN WHICH I WAS HIT BY A VEHICLE TRAVELING ABOUT 55 MPH AND I WAS STATIONERY SITTING AT AN INTERSECTION ON A FREEWAY SERVICE DRIVE GOING EAST AND THE PERSON HITTING ME WAS GOING SOUTH.
