BRAKES FAILED IN A DRIVE THROUGH LINE. SAME ISSUE AS THE RECALL. SUBURBAN HAD THE CORRECTED SOFTWARE UPDATE AND YET IT HAPPENED AGAIN. THIS TIME IT LEAD TO A CRASH REAR ENDING A VEHICLE. BURNED CABLES COMING OFF BATTERY TERMINAL. GM CEASED INVESTIGATION DUE TO THE BATTERY IN VEHICLE WAS NOT THE ORIGINAL FACTORY BATTERY.

POWER STEERING FAILED DURING TURN AROUND ON A COUNTY ROAD, CAUSING MY VEHICLE TO GO INTO A DITCH, WHICH DAMAGED THE FRONT END OF VEHICLE. THE RECALL UPDATE DID NOT FIX THE VEHICLE ISSUE.
