DOOR STRIKE PLATE IN PILLAR MOUNTED TO SHEET METAL PRONE TO FATIGUE. IF ISSUE IS LEFT UNDIAGNOSED THE STRIKE PLATE BACKING WILL COME DISLODGED AND ALLOW THE DOOR TO OPEN WHILE IN MOTION. ALSO COMMON ISSUE WITH GM TRUCKS THE ECBM WILL LOSE MOMENTARY COMMUNICATION WHILE ON ROUGH ROADS OR UNDER HEAVY BRAKING CAUSING THE ABS SYSTEM TO DISABLE INSTANTLY WITHOUT WARNING, SYSTEM RETURNS TO NORMAL WITH KEY CYCLE.

I CURRENTLY OWN A 2002 CHEVROLET TRAILBLAZER, WAS DRIVING WHEN ANOTHER VEHICLE PULLED OUT IN FRONT OF ME WANTED TO WARN THE OTHER DRIVER, PRESS ON THE VEHICLE'S HORN NOTHING HAPPEN. TRY IT A FEW MORE TIMES THINKING IT WAS A FLUKE NO SOUND TRY IT AGAIN AND AGAIN STILL NOTHING. WAITED TILL THE NEXT DAY TO SEE IF THIS WAS STILL AND ISSUE ? YUP YOU GUESS NOTHING. THE WEATHER CONDITION WAS CLEAR DAY, THIS IS WORRY SOME TO KNOW MY VEHICLE HORN DOES NOT OPERATE, NOW I AM EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS WHEN DRIVING DUE TO THIS MALFUNCTION

THE HEADLIGHTS DID NOT COME ON AUTOMATICALLY WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED; IT WAS AFTER 9 PM AND COMPLETELY DARK. THE HEADLIGHTS WOULD NOT COME ON EVEN WHEN THE SWITCH WAS USED. I HAD TO DRIVE HOME USING THE HIGH BEAMS. THE HEADLIGHTS DID COME ON AFTER I HAD GOTTEN HOME, TURNED THE VEHICLE OFF, WAITED APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES, AND THEN STARTED IT AGAIN. THIS HAS OCCURRED MULTIPLE TIMES. ON A SEPARATE OCCASION, DURING A HEAVY DOWNPOUR IN RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS STOPPED WORKING. I WAS ABLE TO GET OFF THE HIGHWAY AND PARK TO WAIT OUT THE RAIN. I TURNED THE VEHICLE OFF AND WAITED ABOUT 20 MINUTES. THE WIPERS BEGAN WORKING AT THAT TIME. THIS LAST ISSUE HAS NOW OCCURRED TWICE. I HAVE PARKED, TURNED OFF THE ENGINE AND GONE INSIDE THE STORE FOR LESS THAN 5 MINUTES. WHEN I TRY TO START THE ENGINE, IT WILL NOT TURN OVER (NO SOUND AT ALL). I TURN THE RADIO OFF, WAIT A MINUTE OR TWO, AND THEN WHEN I TRY AGAIN; IT STARTS AS IF THERE WASN'T EVER AN ISSUE. *TR
