THE CONTACT WENT TO THE DEALER TO HAVE THE TIRES CHANGED BUT THE DEALER ADVISED THAT THE CONTACT WOULD HAVE TO FIRST PURCHASE THE TIRES AT FULL PRICE IN ORDER TO BECOME ELIGIBLE FOR A REIMBURSEMENT. THE TIRES WERE NOT REPLACED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 160,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
