UPON INSPECTION, IT WAS NOTICED THAT THE UPPER CONTROL ARM ON THIS AMBULANCE WAS CRACKED WHERE THE TOP OF THE COIL SPRING RESTS.THIS IS ON THE DRIVERS SIDE. THERE ARE CHUNKS OF THE CRADLE MISSING .WE HAVE TAKEN THIS VEHICLE OUT OF SERVICE. THE RIGHT SIDE CRADLE SHOWS NO CRACKING OR FATIGUE.
