THE ENGINE WAS ON; HOWEVER, THE GEAR SHIFT WAS IN THE PARK POSITION WITH NO DRIVER. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT WAS OCCUPIED AT THE TIME OF THE FAILURE.
