THE CONTACT FOUND OUT THAT THE UNDER CARRIAGE WAS RUSTED OUT WHEN THE BRAKE LINES SPLIT AND HE LOST BRAKING POWER.THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 44199. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 43000 MILES.
