I have been up there date for fixing this vehicle for the last 4 years when i bought it with 60k miles , I have replaced multiple parts so far from foil pump , wheel, coolant pipes and the container many times from constant leaking in the fuel pump, I have replaced the alternater twice by 70k miles , ABS system failed many times and no one can fix it , Lastly , my daughter was driving to school and while she was driving on the roundabout in the outer lane . I was driving down the hill and my car came out of gear the road was slick so I couldn't hit my breaks I had to crash into the ditch to keep from going over the mountain. My airbags did not come out my car is not drivable.

The car was a total loss due to a MVA which involved this car only. The car hydroplaned, it spun and the traction control light was blinking. The front of the car hit the guardrail, spun, and then the back end hit the guardrail. At this point, all the dash lights were blinking and the car dead in the road. The driver side seat belt did not lock in time like it was supposed to when i got rear ended today, causing my head the hit the steering wheel very very hard. I wouldn't have hit the steering wheel if my seat belt would have locked in place like its supposed to. It has not been confirmed or reproduced by a service center.
