I TURNED TO LOOK AND NOTICED THAT IT WAS MY CAR.ACCORDING TO THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, WHEN THEY PUT THE FIRE OUT THE FIRST TIME, IT FLARED BACK UP DUE TO THE FUEL PUMP STILL PUMPING GAS OUT.
