TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET COLORADO EQUIPPED WITH GENERAL TIRES, TIRE LINE: GRABBER AT/2, TIRE SIZE: 265/70/R15, DOT NUMBER: A3BM3NH2617E40240029. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THERE WAS A BLOWOUT OF THE DRIVER'S SIDE REAR TIRE. THE BLOWOUT CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO TURN SHARPLY LEFT, SPIN AROUND TWICE, AND CRASHED WITH ONCOMING VEHICLES COMING FROM BEHIND. EMERGENCY SERVICES WERE CALLED OUT TO THE SCENE OF THE CRASH. THERE WERE NO INJURIES SUSTAINED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED.

I HAD THE BRAKE LAMPS SWITCH OF MY 2007 CHEVROLET COLORADO EXTENDED CAB REPLACED PER THE MANUFACTURER RECALL THAT WAS ISSUED IN 2010. HOWEVER, THE REPLACEMENT THAT THE DEALERSHIP INSTALLED FAILED, CAUSING THE DRIVER BEHIND ME TO BE UNAWARE OF MY INTENTION TO STOP, WHICH CAUSED THAT DRIVER TO CRASH IN TO THE REAR END OF MY VEHICLE.
