A POLICE OFFICER WITNESSED THE ACCIDENT. THE CAR WAS TURNING RIGHT ON A SLIGHT DOWNHILL GRADE. THE WEIGH SHIFTED FORWARD, LOCKING UP THE ABS SYSTEM, CAUSING THE CAR TO CONTINUE FORWARD WITH NO PULL OT TRACTION TO COMPLETE THE TURN. THIS LOSS OF CONTROL AT NORMAL SPEEDS MAY HAVE CAUSED SIMILAR ACCIDENT SEVERAL MONTHS AGO. THERE WAS NO TICKET ISSUED. THE CAUSE WAS LISTED AS "LOCKING OF THE ABS BRAKING SYSTEM".
